Position Title: Management Trainee Finance

Department: Finance Location: Lactalis India (Tirumala Milk Corporate Office)

Duration: 6 Months (Management Trainee Program)

Openings: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Credit Control, General Ledger, Internal Control

Position Purpose

Lactalis India is seeking MBA Finance freshers to join as Management Trainees for a structured 6month program. This role provides rotational exposure across key finance functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit control, internal Control and general ledger. The program is designed to build strong functional knowledge, analytical skills, and prepare trainees for future roles in finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounts Receivable

- Support customer invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
- Track outstanding balances and assist in overdue followups.

- Accounts Payable

- Process vendor invoices and payments.
- Verify supporting documents and assist in vendor reconciliations.





- Credit Control

- Monitor credit limits and payment terms.
- Prepare overdue account reports and support risk assessment.

- General Ledger

- Assist in journal entries and monthend closing.
- Support preparation of financial statements and compliance checks.

- Internal Control

- Assist in reviewing financial processes for compliance and accuracy.
- Support implementation of internal control frameworks.
- Participate in audits and risk assessments to strengthen governance.

Minimum Requirements

- MBA in Finance (Fresher 2026 batch or recent graduates).
- Robust academic foundation in accounting, financial management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fastpaced environment.
