- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
- Handle appeals process for denied claims, negotiate settlements, and ensure timely resolution of disputes.
- Analyze denial trends and implement strategies to reduce denial rates through effective communication with providers.
- Collaborate with hospital administration team to identify areas of improvement in medical billing processes.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in AR calling, appeals, denial management, or related field.
- Solid knowledge of US healthcare regulations and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers over phone calls.
- Proficiency in medical billing software applications such as Epic Systems or similar systems.
