- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an employment firm or recruitment services firm.
- Robust knowledge of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome recruitment challenges.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is desirable.
