Job Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer inquiries via email, calls, WhatsApp, and video meetings.
- Generate quotations, follow up on sales, and manage customer relationships.
- Provide basic technical support and coordinate with the technical team.
- Process customer orders and prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), Commercial Invoices, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Follow up for cloud subscription renewals, payments, and pending orders.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and MIS reports.
- Conduct online product demonstrations and customer training.
