Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships and support sales activities in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance sector. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience with knowledge of B2B sales, insurance, and mutual fund products.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle B2B sales and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote insurance and mutual fund products to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Provide regular product information and assistance to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Handle customer queries and resolve service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requests.




- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve customer retention and sales.
- Prepare sales and customer relationship reports.

- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year
- English: Basic English

Salary

- ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000
