1. The Associate Engineer - Quality is responsible for day to day activities of quality activities.
2. Must strictly adhere to TS 16949 processes.
3. Must carry out root cause analysis for all in house and customer related quality issues.
4. Achieve Objectives of the company;
Customer Complaints: Nil
In House values : 2% or better
Cp CPK Values : >=1.33
5. Train all personnel to achieve quality objectives.
6. Attend Monthly Management review meetings.
7. Conduct quality meeting every day in your Team.
8. Provide regular Management reports – rejection analysis, quality problems solved, OEE, Improvements carried out.
9. Revise SOP from time to time and implements.
10. Advise Team Leader Production from time to time on improved quality measure.
11. Must adhere to company timings and rules and regulations.
Any other tasks entrusted by Management from time to time
