? Job Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential customers for Personal Loan & Business Loan requirements.

* Generate and follow up on loan leads.

* Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.

* Collect basic customer information and required documents.

* Coordinate with the sales/loan processing team for case login and follow-up.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until loan approval/disbursement.

* Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling & lead-generation targets.

* Maintain customer records and update lead status.

? Candidate Requirements

* Female candidates preferred.

* Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

* Valuable communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp preferred.

* Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

* Experience in telecalling, banking, finance or loan sales will be an advantage.
