Position Title: Team Member

Job Summary:

A MyFroyoland Team Member provides outstanding customer service in a fast

paced, fun environment. Develops a working knowledge of menu items, recipes,

prices and serving sizes

Service:

Food and Beverage Associate Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at the outlet , and provide them with assistance.

• Ensure that customers are provided with assistance in choosing flavors according

to their tastes.

• Oversee the ordering process, ensuring that the right order is delivered to the

delivery person.

• Provide customers with suggestions on toppings that complement the frozen

yogurt that they have selected

• Monitor food and beverage items inventory to ensure optimum levels, and

communicate low stock situations to the restaurant manager.

• Handle stocking activities, by following set instructions, and ensure that food

rotation activities are properly carried out.

• Create and maintain effective relationships with all staff, to ensure timely and

accurate delivery of orders.

Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that standards are

lived up to.

Handle all back of house responsibilities with regards to maintenance of machines,

product mixing, toppings prep etc.

• Respond appropriately to customers’ inquiries, and attempt to assist them





throughout their experience.

Man the telephone exchange to respond to queries regarding services over the

telephone

Handles cash/credit card/transactions effectively and accurately

Performs other duties as assigned

Must have a friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic personality

Must be able to follow all safety procedures

Must be able to follow directions and communicate effectively

Must be punctual and reliable

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment

Product:

• Ensures that all Company recipes and procedures are followed, maintaining

the highest quality and consistent product standards.

• Ensures that all Company food offerings maintain the highest quality.

• Ensures knowledge on our products and services, by developing an

understanding of our various types of Frozen Yogurt and Sorbets, as well as

knowledge of Yogurt, and the various toppings and combinations.

Training &; Development:

• Provides ongoing training and development to all current team members in the

areas of operating standards, customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Standard pass. College education preferred.

1 years QSR experience required.

• Must have good verbal and written English communication skills.
