Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Sales Manager to lead sales operations at our Ghaziabad location. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing clients, and achieving revenue targets while building solid customer relationships.

- Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
- Manage and grow client accounts
- Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and deal closures
- Generate new business leads
- Lead and motivate the sales team (if applicable)
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Maintain customer database and coordination with operations team
- Visit clients when required
- Eligibility Criteria:Graduate preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
