We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to manage our B2B inquiries, specifically focusing on converting leads generated through IndiaMART and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, explaining our product technicalities in straightforward terms, and converting potential leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management: Calls and followup of the B2B leads.

Outbound Calling:

Product Explanation: Explain service or product for medical or automotive sector.

Quotation & Follow-ups:

CRM Maintenance:
