Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team in Surat. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, promoting products/services, and achieving assigned sales targets through field activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through field visits, referrals, and market research.
- Visit prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements.
- Present and explain products/services to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer visits, follow-ups, and sales.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.
- Identify current business opportunities and explore potential markets.




- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to the management.
- Requirements0–2 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in field sales can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel within Surat and nearby areas.
- Basic smartphone and digital application knowledge.
- Knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi will be an advantage.
