We are looking for a high-energy, goal-oriented Real Estate Telecalling Specialist to join our sales team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both inside sales (cold/warm telecalling to generate qualified leads) and direct sales closing. You will guide potential buyers through property details, address inquiries, schedule site visits, and negotiate deals to final closure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Perform high-volume outbound calls from provided databases and follow up on inbound inquiries to identify serious home buyers and investors.

Property Presentation: Clearly communicate project specifications, amenities, pricing, location advantages, and payment plans to prospective clients over the phone.

Lead Qualification: Assess client requirements, budget constraints, and purchase timelines to filter and nurture high-potential leads.

Site Visit Coordination: Schedule, manage, and conduct in office property visits for qualified prospects.

Sales Closing: Handle price negotiations, address client objections, present final offers, and execute the paperwork to close property deals.





CRM & Pipeline Management: Accurately update client interaction details, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules in the CRM software.

Relationship Building: Maintain post-sales relationships with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process and generate referral leads.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or direct sales within the real estate sector.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasive abilities.

Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales closing targets.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, basic MS Office (Excel/Word), and phone handling systems.

Knowledge: Sound understanding of local real estate trends, property valuation basics, and legal sales documentation.

Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
