DRPPD PRIVATE LIMITED, a women's innerwear and apparel brand at C-269, Sector 63, Noida, is urgently hiring a Customer Support Executive for its e-commerce delivery support desk.
Your main job is simple and key: make sure every parcel we ship actually reaches the customer. You will call customers about their deliveries, solve their queries, and push the courier partner teams to re-attempt every failed delivery.
We are looking for someone with a clear, polite phone manner in Hindi and English who is comfortable making 60-100 calls a day and following up until the issue is closed.
