We are looking for a highly organised, energetic and responsible School Operations Executive who can take ownership of the day-to-day functioning.

ROLE OBJECTIVE: The School Operations Executive will be the operational backbone of Music Master.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

School & Store Operations (50%)

- Coordinate daily classes and schedules
- Coordinate with music teachers
- Maintain student attendance and records




- Communicate with parents and students
- Handle enquiries and follow-ups
- Coordinate admissions and trial/demo classes
- Manage classroom readiness and basic infrastructure
- Coordinate exams, performances and events
- Track fees, pending payments and student-related documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the school

Website & Content (50%)

- Add and update website content
- Write easy blogs and music-related articles
- Update photos, videos and announcements
- Keep course information, schedules and other website information current
- Maintain a content calendar
