About the RoleTechOwl InfoSec is looking for a Tender / Bid Executive with hands-on experience in managing cybersecurity and IT tenders. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tender opportunities, understanding RFPs/RFQs, preparing bid documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and compliant submission of tenders.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Government/Enterprise tenders, GeM, e-procurement portals, cybersecurity solutions and bid documentation.

Key Responsibilities-

Identify and track relevant cybersecurity, IT and government tender opportunities.

Monitor GeM, CPPP and state e-procurement portals for new opportunities. Review and analyse RFPs, RFQs, EOI and tender documents.

Check eligibility criteria, technical requirements, commercial terms, EMD, PBG and submission timelines.

Prepare and manage technical and commercial bid documentation.

Prepare compliance matrices, BOQs, eligibility documents and tender checklists.

Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Technical, Finance and Management teams for tender submissions.

Coordinate with OEMs, partners and distributors for required authorisations, declarations and supporting documents.

Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications and corrigendums. Ensure all tender documents are accurate, complete and submitted within deadlines.

Maintain tender records, bid trackers, MIS and opportunity pipeline. Track tender results, technical evaluations,



commercial bids and L1 status.

Support post-bid activities, negotiations and documentation wherever required. Maintain a proper repository of tender templates, certificates, company documents and compliance documents.

Cybersecurity Domain Knowledge:

The candidate should have a basic understanding of cybersecurity services and solutions such as:

VAPT SOC / MDR SIEM EDR / XDR Network Security Cloud Security Data Security / DLP IAM / PAM Cybersecurity Audits & Assessments Digital Forensics Security Awareness & Phishing Simulation Compliance & Risk ManagementCandidates from IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud or Cybersecurity tendering backgrounds will be preferred. Required Skills & Experience- Minimum 2 years of experience in Tender / Bid Management. Prior experience in Cybersecurity / IT / Networking / Infrastructure tenders is preferred.

Hands-on experience with GeM and other government/e-procurement portals.

Good understanding of RFP, RFQ, EOI and tender processes.

Strong documentation and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Strong follow-up and deadline management skills.

Education:

Any Graduate / B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / MBA or equivalent qualification.
