- Job Responsibilities Handle day-to-day sales activities and coordinate with the sales team.
- Attend customer calls, understand their requirements, and communicate them to the sales team.
- Maintain qualified and positive communication with customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding their requirements, queries, and ongoing discussions.
- Coordinate internally to ensure customer issues and requirements are resolved on time.
- Maintain basic sales records, follow-ups, and daily activity updates.
- Support the sales team in smooth day-to-day operations.
- Requirements Good communication and coordination skills.
- Customer-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple customer queries and follow-ups.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Sales Coordination / Customer Support / Inside Sales preferred.
