Store Manager – HospitalityExperience: 2–5 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: As per experience & industry standards

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store and inventory operations.
- Maintain stock records using Tally & MS Excel.
- Handle stock receiving, issuing, GRN, and inventory entries.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly stock closing and inventory reports.
- Manage vendor dealings, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and other departments.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry, wastage, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Maintain accurate purchase and inventory records.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of Tally & MS Excel.
- Strong inventory and stock management skills.
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Hospitality/hotel industry experience preferred.
