Site Supervisor – Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Monitor labour attendance, productivity, work allocation, and site discipline.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Plan and monitor daily material requirements, deliveries, storage, and usage.
- Track site machinery, equipment, and vehicle usage and maintain daily records.
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for material supply and timely completion of work.
- Check quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Identify site issues, delays, and material requirements and report them to management.
- Maintain records of labour, materials, equipment, measurements, and daily site activities.
- Coordinate with the accounts/procurement team for material bills, contractor bills, and payment-related information.
