Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, register, and monitor customer service complaints through software/phone calls.
- Coordinate field engineers for customer visits and track their schedules.
- Monitor complaint status, engineer visits, spare requirements, and service closure.
- Follow up on pending complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate with customers regarding service status, visit schedules, and expected resolution timelines.
- Coordinate warranty, AMC, and paid-service requests.
- Prepare service reports, quotations, service challans, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with the Stores/Spare Parts team for required spares.
- Monitor engineer productivity,



daily schedules, and pending service calls.
- Identify urgent/critical complaints and escalate them to the Service Manager.
- Prepare daily/weekly service MIS reports.
- Support AMC renewals, paid services, and service revenue generation.
- Maintain proper records of customer complaints, service history, and machine details.
- Ensure all service calls are properly updated and closed in Sales Nayak software.

Required Skills:

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Email.
- Experience with service/CRM software will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates with experience in service coordination/backend operations will be preferred.
