Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment and candidate sourcing through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Assist management in implementing company policies and procedures.

Counsellor Responsibilities





- Contact students and parents through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand student requirements and provide appropriate course/college information.
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and other relevant details.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospective students.
- Convert leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
