Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to Buy, Sell and Rent properties.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, budget and preferred location.
- Call and follow up with prospective clients and generate leads.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Explain property details, pricing, amenities and other relevant information to clients.
- Coordinate between property owners, buyers, tenants and the company.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients and property details.
- Follow up regularly with clients to convert leads into successful deals.
- Assist clients throughout the property buying, selling or renting process.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Keep updated with local property market trends and available inventory.

Required Skills

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Ability to handle clients professionally.
- Solid follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
