Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementAcquire current clients through referrals, networking, and market outreachBuild and maintain long-term relationships with retail, HNI, or institutional clientsAct as the single point of contact for all client investment needs.

2. Investment Advisory & Market SupportProvide insights on equity, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, and other market instrumentsShare market updates, research reports, and investment ideasAssist clients in portfolio construction based on risk profile and financial goals.

3. Trading & Execution SupportAssist clients with trade execution in equity, F&O;, commodities, or currency marketsCoordinate with dealers/trading desk for smooth order executionEnsure timely resolution of trade-related issues.

4. Portfolio Review & GrowthRegularly review client portfolios and recommend rebalancingIdentify cross-selling and up-selling opportunitiesHelp clients optimize returns while managing risk.

Revenue & Target AchievementAchieve brokerage, AUM (Assets Under Management), and revenue targetsPromote firm’s products such as PMS, advisory services, margin funding, etc.Increase wallet share of existing clients.

6. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure KYC, account opening, and regulatory documentation are completeAdhere to SEBI, exchange, and internal compliance guidelinesMaintain accurate client records and reports.

7. Client Service & Issue ResolutionAddress client queries related to trades, holdings, margin, and settlementsResolve complaints promptly and professionallyEnsure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate. preferred Relevant experience in brokerage, wealth management, or financial services.
