Industry Key Responsibilities Automobile – Passenger & Commercial Vehicles

•Generate sales leads through showroom enquiries, calls, referrals, and field visits.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Mahindra vehicles.

• Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, finance, insurance, and offers.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings and sales.

• Maintain regular follow-up with customers until vehicle delivery.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership performance.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Service, and Delivery teams for smooth customer experience.

• Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business. Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle features.

• Willingness to travel for field sales activities. Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Graduation.

• Experience: 1–3 years in automobile sales preferred.

• Candidates with relevant sales experience in other industries may also be considered.

• Freshers may be considered based on communication skills and suitability. Preferred Profile

• Candidates with experience in Automobile Sales, Vehicle Sales, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, or other target-based sales roles will be preferred. Key Performance Indicators

• Lead conversion ratio.

• Customer follow-up and engagement.

• Test-drive-to-booking conversion.

• Customer satisfaction.
