### Customer Relationship Executive – Hiring Requirement

We are looking for an experienced **Customer Relationship Executive** with practical knowledge of **Stock Market, Demat, Trading, IPOs, Mutual Funds, SIP and MTF**.

* Handle **Demat account opening, KYC and bank detail changes**.

* Coordinate with clients for required documents and account-related queries.

* Assist clients with **buying/selling shares and trading orders**.

* Explain **Stop Loss, Target, Market & Limit Orders**.

* Guide clients through the **IPO application process**.

* Assist clients with **Mutual Fund investments and transactions**.

* Understand and explain the basics of **MTF (Margin Trading Facility)**.

* Explain **SIP basics** and assist clients with starting SIPs.

* Strong communication, follow-up and client-handling skills required.

* Prior experience in **Stock Broking / Wealth Management / Financial Services** preferred.

* **Location:** Mumbai.

**Significant:** Candidate should have practical knowledge and be confident in guiding clients on **Demat, Trading, IPO, MF, SIP and MTF**.
