ABOUT THE ROLE-

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead the business development and sales function for our hospital amenities division. The role requires building solid relationships with leading hospital groups, driving institutional sales, and expanding our presence across a wide network of hospitals in India.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in B2B healthcare sales, understands hospital procurement processes, and has an established network with decision-makers across private and corporate hospitals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES-

Develop and execute the national sales strategy for hospital amenities.

Build and manage relationships with hospital chains, procurement teams, administrators, and key decision-makers.

Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across India.

Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to account management.

Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Track market trends, competitor activity,



and customer requirements.

Deliver sales forecasts, business reports, and revenue targets.

Build a netwrok of distributors and stockists

REQUIRMENTS -

3 to 5 years of experience in institutional/B2B healthcare sales.

Proven experience selling products or services to hospitals.

Strong network with hospital chains, administrators, procurement heads, and healthcare decision-makers across India.

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across India as and when needed
