Graphic Designer – Pharma Marketing & Creative Communication

Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative, skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to handle pharmaceutical marketing creatives, product communication, social media designs and selected administrative support to the Managing Director.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Visual Aids, LBLs, Reminder Cards, Therapy-wise Product Cards, Product Pack Shots, Product Glossary and Product Catalogues.
- Create product brochures, promotional materials, presentations and other pharma marketing collaterals.
- Develop creatives for Meta, WhatsApp Marketing and other digital promotional activities.
- Create product launch, company branding, festival and promotional creatives.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, layouts, colours, fonts and product presentation.
- Edit and prepare product images, pack shots and print/digital-ready artwork.
- Maintain organized source files, creative assets and updated product catalogues.
- Coordinate with the MD/Marketing team to understand requirements and complete creatives within timelines.
- Assist the MD with basic administrative work,



presentations, reports, documentation, data compilation and coordination as required.

Required Software SkillsMandatory hands-on proficiency in:

- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Canva

Knowledge of video editing, InDesign or AI-based design tools will be an added advantage.

- Candidate Profile2–5 years of relevant graphic designing experience.
- Experience in Pharma/Healthcare/PCD Pharma will be preferred.
- Robust creative and visual sense with excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, colours and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work directly with senior management.
- Should be proactive, organized and capable of working independently.
- Strong portfolio/work samples are mandatory.
