Telecaller & Sales Executive – Calling + Field Activities

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller & Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This is a calling-focused sales role, where the primary responsibility will be to connect with customers over the phone, understand their requirements, explain our products/services and generate sales.

The role will also involve occasional field sales and promotional activities, such as canopy activities, customer acquisition drives and local promotional campaigns.

Your Main Responsibilities

Telecalling & Sales

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Explain our products/services, pricing and offers.
- Generate and convert sales through phone calls.
- Follow up with interested and existing customers.
- Handle customer questions and basic objections.
- Convince and convert customers into buyers.
- Maintain customer and follow-up records.

Field Sales & Promotional Activities





- Participate in canopy activities and customer acquisition drives.
- Attend local promotional and marketing activities.
- Interact with potential customers at promotional events.
- Explain products/services and generate leads during field activities.
- Support the team in acquiring recent customers in local areas.
- Distribute promotional material and create awareness about products/services.
- Follow up with leads generated through field activities.
- Represent the company professionally during outdoor activities.

Important: Nature of the JobThis is primarily a TELE CALLING. Candidates should be comfortable with both phone-based sales and occasional outdoor activities.

This is not a full-time field-sales job. Telecalling will remain the primary responsibility.
