? About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, solution-oriented and highly professional Dispute Resolution Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer disputes, resolving complaints, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions while maintaining strong customer relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has excellent communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership.

? Key Responsibilities

Handle customer complaints, disputes and escalated issues professionally.

Understand the root cause of disputes and identify appropriate solutions.

Communicate with customers through calls, emails and other communication channels.

Investigate complaints by reviewing relevant records, transactions and documents.

Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues efficiently.

Negotiate and communicate resolutions clearly to customers.

Ensure disputes are resolved within defined timelines.

Maintain accurate records of complaints, resolutions and follow-ups.

Escalate complex or high-priority matters to the appropriate authority.

Follow company policies, procedures and compliance guidelines.

Maintain a professional,



empathetic and customer-focused approach at all times.

Prepare regular reports on disputes, complaints, pending cases and resolutions.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong listening, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Calm and composed while dealing with difficult or dissatisfied customers.

Good analytical and decision-making skills.

Strong follow-up and case-management abilities.

Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.

Ability to handle multiple cases and work under deadlines.

Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace will be an advantage.

Candidates from customer service, telesales, banking, finance, collections, operations or complaint-handling backgrounds will be preferred.
