CRM Executive – ONLY FROM JEWELLERY INDUSTRY (DIAMOND/COLOUR STONE)

Job Summary

Sanskriti Jewels is looking for an experienced CRM Executive with strong knowledge of Diamond and Colour Stone Jewellery. The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements, coordinate effectively with the Design and Production teams, monitor order execution, and ensure timely delivery and excellent after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and accurately capture client requirements, specifications, and order details.
- Coordinate with clients regarding product requirements, designs, quotations, approvals, and order status.
- Coordinate closely with the Design and Production teams to ensure orders are executed as per client requirements.
- Monitor order progress and follow up internally to ensure on-time delivery.
- Keep clients updated regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any changes or delays.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams for quality issues, alterations, repairs, and after-sales service.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing clients.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly by coordinating with the relevant departments.
- Maintain proper records of customer orders, communications, pending requirements, and service requests.




- Follow up for payments and other documentation wherever required.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from order confirmation through delivery and after-sales service.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in CRM / Customer Coordination in the jewellery industry.
- Experience in Diamond and Colour Stone Jewellery is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in jewellery manufacturing, wholesale, or B2B jewellery will be preferred.

Skills

- Good knowledge of diamonds, colour stones, and jewellery products.
- Strong understanding of customer requirements and ability to translate them into clear instructions for internal teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and GATI software.
- Strong sense of ownership towards order completion and timely delivery.
