Job Summary

- Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update data accurately in Excel, Google Sheets, and company software.
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and databases.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain daily records.
- Handle data-related documentation and filing.
- Perform regular data checking and updating.




- Coordinate with other departments whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and organize data.
- Basic knowledge of formulas in Excel will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
