About the Role:

Managing day-to-day store-level operational activities to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform basic food preparation tasks such as preparing waffles, garnishing, etc.
- Take orders from customers and provide accurate information about menu items.
- Prepare food items according to recipes shared by the Store Manager.
- Handle the cash register and process customer payments.
- Clean the store and surrounding areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Prepare ingredients and maintain inventory of food items in the kitchen area.
- Take orders over the phone and provide customer service to patrons.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work setting.
- Maintain proper inventory and stock at the outlet.
- Participate in training activities to improve service skills and knowledge of brand promotion and products.
