Pre-Sales Executive – US Process | POS & Merchant Services

Location: Ahmedabad | On-site

Shift: US Market Hours – Evening/Night Shift

Role Overview

You will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and appointment setting for our POS and payment solutions, targeting businesses in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential US merchants and businesses.
- Generate leads and book qualified sales appointments.
- Target small businesses, retail stores, restaurants and other merchants.




- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable POS solutions.
- Make a minimum of 150-200 cold calls per shift.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on leads.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on POS, payment solutions and competitor offerings.
