- 2+ yrs in loan sales + 1 yr as TL required
- Fixed salary + uncapped incentives.
- Manage and motivate a team of 5-6 sales executives to achieve monthly targets for PL and OD.
- Drive daily productivity: monitor calls, leads, login files, and conversion ratios
- Positive communication and leadership skills
- Graduate in any stream.
- Strong knowledge of loan products and banking/DSA processes
