? Job Overview : We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller to support our Civil constructions & Pre-Engineered business. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients such as Companie Owners, Executives, Project heads, Industries, Architects and engineers, and procurement teams to promote our products and services.

? Key Responsibilities

- ? Make outbound calls to Companies, Industries, Architects and Engineers
- ?️ Explain company products
- ? Generate and qualify leads for sales team follow-up
- ? Build and maintain strong client relationships
- ? Maintain call records and update CRM / tracking sheets
- ? Schedule meetings/site visits for sales executives
- ? Inform customers about offers, pricing, and new inventory
- ? Follow up on pending inquiries and quotations

? Requirements Minimum

Intermediate / Graduate (any field)





- Experience in telecalling / sales / construction industry preferred
- Strong communication skills in:
- English
- Telugu / Hindi (mandatory for local market)

Comfortable using:

- MS Excel / Google Sheets
- CRM tools (optional but preferred)

? Skills Required

Excellent communication & persuasion skills

- Ability to handle rejections and objections
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of construction terminology
- Target-driven mindset

? Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)
- Incentives: Based on leads converted / sales generated

⏰ Work Details

- Location: In office (Office-based)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: 1 day
