Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to handle online lead generation, basic graphic/creative designing, and performance ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) to drive quality lead generation.
- Create engaging marketing creatives, banners, and ad visuals using design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with the sales/presales teams to ensure the smooth flow and quality of generated leads.
- Stay updated with digital trends to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically running paid ads and generating leads.
- Good aesthetic and creative design skills for digital content creation.
- Robust analytical mindset to understand performance metrics and audience behaviour
