We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Auditor (QA) to join our BPO team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions to ensure that agents are delivering high-quality service while adhering to process guidelines, compliance requirements, and organizational standards.The ideal candidate should have solid communication, analytical, and auditing skills, along with the ability to identify performance gaps and provide constructive feedback to improve overall agent performance and customer experience.
*Conduct regular quality audits of banking sales calls, customer interactions, and transactions.
* Monitor sales executives’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality audit reports.
* Identify recurring errors and analyze root causes to recommend corrective actions.
* Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Training, and Compliance teams to resolve quality issues.
*Support refresher training and coaching based on identified quality gaps.
