We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team, someone who is diligent about quality and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities-

- Must be a confident communicator and be able to build rapport with the team
- Adaptive Capacity, Self-Starter/Initiator, Coachable, Metrics Capable, Quality/Accuracy, Critical Thinker/Problem-Solver and Accountable.
- Need to do call barging & auditing.
- Monitor the Associates performances.
- Work with TL and moderators on ways to improve performance KPIs
- Investigate errors and conduct sample moderations, ‘call out’ moderators, and conduct weekly one on one’s.
- Calibrate and refresh/train team on required policy.

Criteria-

- Need to have at least 1 year of experience as a quality Analyst.




- Must have a good communication skill in English.
- Must have hands on experience in using QC tools.

· Open to Work in 24X7, 6 days working Rotational
