- What You’ll DoManage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Collection, Operations, Technology, Product, and other business functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company hiring criteria.
- Conduct HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding stages.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.




- Support employer branding and job posting activities across various platforms.

Eligibility & Experience:-

MBA/PGDM from a recognized institute

- 0–2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
- Fresh MBA/PGDM graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Ability to assess candidates and conduct structured screening interviews.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment trackers.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
