Job RoleWe are hiring Service Technicians to attend customer service calls and provide quality service support.
- ResponsibilitiesAttend assigned customer service calls.
- Diagnose and resolve service-related issues.
- Provide quality service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Generate revenue through service opportunities and product-related sales.
- Maintain good customer feedback and achieve NPS targets.
- Complete assigned daily call targets.
Actual earnings can be higher than the minimum guarantee based on call volume, revenue generated and customer feedback/performance.
- Candidate RequirementsITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or relevant technical field preferred.
- Experience in home appliance/electronics service preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer service calls.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
