HR Executive Job Description

Position: HR Executive

Experience: 0 to 2 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: ₹2.00 LPA to ₹3.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and management.

• Handle employee onboarding and documentation.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Support attendance, leave, and HR-related processes.

• Assist with employee engagement and HR activities.

• Support day-to-day HR operations and compliance requirements.

• Address employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR processes.

• Valuable organizational and coordination skills.
