Position: HR & Admin Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR & Admin Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance documentation, and office administration activities for our NBFC operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Credit, Collection, and Operations roles.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate onboarding.
- Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Prepare Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Experience Letters, and Relieving Letters.
- Ensure employee compliance documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Details, Educational Certificates, etc.) are maintained.
- Handle office administration, vendor management, and procurement of office supplies.
- Maintain staff attendance and daily workforce reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.




- Coordinate with management for manpower planning and administrative requirements.

Requirements:

- Graduate in HR, BBA, MBA-HR, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR/Admin experience (NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services preferred).
- Good knowledge of Recruitment, HR Documentation, and Employee Records.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Communication.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary: As per experience and depends on the Interview .
