The Area Service Manager is responsible for managing after-sales service operations for domestic and commercial kitchen equipment within the assigned territory. The role involves leading service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining service quality standards, managing spare parts inventory, and achieving service revenue and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

1 . Service Operations Management

Manage installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of domestic and commercial kitchen equipment.

Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.

Monitor service performance and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
