Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of achieving business development and sales targets
- Develop current business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Identify potential clients and build robust, long-term business relationships
- Handle key clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Own client follow-ups and manage the overall sales pipeline
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations




- Take independent decisions and proactively handle business development responsibilities
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to expanding the customer base
- Directly contribute to the company's growth, revenue, and overall business objectives

Requirements

- Strong sales and business development skills
- Relevant experience in the IT industry preferred
- Good knowledge of IT products and services
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Strong target-oriented, result-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities
