Company Overview: We are a reputed export company based in Amritsar, Punjab, engaged in the export of women’s garments, scarves, shawls, stoles, bags, beachwear, and other fashion accessories. We are looking for a Female Office Administrator / Executive who is professional, hardworking, and career-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination tasks.
- Manage emails, business communication, and client/vendor correspondence.
- Perform computer-based work including documentation, data entry, and record management.
- Assist the merchandising and export team with product details, samples, and order follow-ups.
- Coordinate export documentation and communication with logistics partners.
- Maintain organized records, reports, and filing systems.




- Support management in ensuring smooth office operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Business Administration, or Fashion).
- Gender: Female (Required).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration, merchandising, or export-related work.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet operations..
- Personality Traits: Intelligent, hardworking, sharp-minded, and well-organized.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
