Job Description – Fleet Executive / GPS Tracking & Dash Monitoring Executive

Industry: Taxi / Transportation Services

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 0–2 years in fleet operations, GPS tracking, transportation, or a related field preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor the company’s taxi fleet through GPS tracking and fleet management systems.

Track vehicle movement, location, trip status, and driver activity in real time.

Monitor the dashboard/telematics system and identify operational issues or irregularities.

Coordinate with drivers and operations teams regarding vehicle location, trip delays, route deviations, and other issues.

Ensure vehicles are properly tracked and available as per operational requirements.

Monitor vehicle performance and report GPS/device-related issues to the concerned team.

Maintain daily fleet tracking reports and update vehicle/driver status.

Escalate emergencies, vehicle breakdowns, route deviations,



or unusual activities to the operations team.

Coordinate with the technical team for GPS, telematics, or device-related issues.

Ensure accurate data and timely updates in the fleet management system.

Support the operations team in improving fleet utilization and service efficiency.

Requirements

Any Graduate with good computer knowledge.

Basic understanding of GPS tracking, GPS devices, telematics, and dashboard monitoring.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Ability to monitor multiple vehicles and handle tasks with attention to detail.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays if required.

Previous experience in taxi, transportation, fleet, logistics, or mobility operations will be an advantage.
