Job Description – Injection Moulding Factory Helper

Position: Injection Moulding Machine Helper

Department: Production

Location: Mumbai / Bhandup

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

- Assist the injection moulding machine operator during production.
- Collect and arrange moulded plastic components from the machine.
- Remove runners, sprues, and excess plastic from finished parts.
- Check products visually for defects such as flash, short moulding, burns, or damage.
- Pack finished products as instructed.
- Keep the machine area and factory floor clean and organised.
- Assist with loading/unloading raw materials and shifting finished goods.
- Help the operator during mould change, material change, and routine production activities.




- Follow all safety instructions and factory rules.
- Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

- No specific educational qualification required.
- Previous experience in an injection moulding factory is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing workplace.
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.

Working Hours

Shift: As per factory requirement

Overtime: Available as per production requirements
