- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar positions in the automotive manufacturing sector.
- Understand hiring requirements from managers and prepare accurate job descriptions.
- Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct candidate briefings and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Use multiple sourcing methods including headhunting, database mining, social media, and referrals.
- Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is an added advantage.
