Position: Pre-Sales Executive

Department: Pre-Sales / Business Development

Location: Wadgaon Sheri, Pune

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Communicate effectively with customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries.
- Convince and engage potential customers to generate genuine business opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper lead records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads for further conversion.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills.




- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Confident and positive approach.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an added advantage.
