- ? Job RoleEnd-to-end recruitment for Blue Collar & Manufacturing positions
- Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, WhatsApp, referrals & social media
- Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Handle bulk hiring for ITI, Diploma & Engineering candidates
- Coordinate interviews with clients/companies
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS
- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets
- ✅ RequirementsAny Graduate
- 1–3 years of HR Recruitment experience
- Experience in Blue Collar / Manufacturing recruitment preferred
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Should be comfortable with calling and target-based recruitment
- Knowledge of Apna / Naukri / social media sourcing is an advantage
