- Preferred Experience / अनुभव - 1–3 years experience in Store Management / Retail / Sales preferred
- Dry Clean / Laundry / Garment / Retail Store experience will be an advantage
- Freshers with good communication and management skills may also be considered
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

- Store Operations / स्टोर संचालन -
- Manage daily store operations
- Handle customer orders and delivery
- Maintain proper order records
- Ensure timely delivery of clothes
- Monitor pending and completed orders
- 2. Customer Handling / ग्राहक सेवा
- Greet and assist customers professionally
- Understand customer requirements
- Handle customer complaints politely
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers
- Encourage repeat customers
- 3. Sales & Business Growth / बिक्री बढ़ाना
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Generate current customers from nearby areas
- Promote Fabrico services locally
- Follow up with existing and inactive customers
- Identify opportunities to increase store sales

Staff Management / स्टाफ प्रबंधन
- Supervise store staff
- Allocate daily work
- Monitor staff performance
- Maintain discipline and cleanliness
- Ensure staff follows proper process
- 5. Cash & Records / कैश और रिकॉर्ड
- Handle daily billing and cash collection
- Maintain daily sales and collection records
- Check payments and pending amounts
- Prepare daily store reports
- Maintain proper documentation
